Huawei today unveiled its latest suite of HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions at the HUAWEI eKit Autumn Launch 2025 in Shanghai. The event, themed “Together for Growth, All Intelligence,” highlighted a new generation of one-stop, scenario-based solutions aimed at providing last-mile services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) navigating intelligent transformation.
AI is rapidly finding its place in the business world. While current implementations largely focus on intelligent assistants for employees, future applications are expected to integrate deeply with core production systems, fundamentally transforming product, service, business, and operational models. This shift positions AI as a key driver of growth. SMEs, which play a critical role in the economy, often face challenges in adopting such technologies. In China alone, more than 58 million SMEs generate over 80 percent of urban jobs and contribute approximately 60 percent of the nation’s GDP. Despite global progress in AI adoption, many SMEs struggle due to limited awareness, technical expertise, and practical AI applications, creating a high barrier to entry.
At the launch event, Huawei’s Executive Director of the Board David Wang emphasized the company’s vision, stating that intelligence should be as accessible as water and electricity. He expressed his hope that every individual, home, and organization could benefit from AI, and affirmed Huawei’s commitment to helping SMEs adopt intelligent solutions efficiently.
Many SMEs turn to externally-developed intelligent solutions to overcome technological and talent gaps. However, traditional delivery models, often involving complex by-product subcontracting, have proven inefficient. Huawei addressed this challenge by shifting from selling standalone products to offering one-stop, scenario-based solutions tailored to real-world business use cases. The 4+10+N framework introduced today reflects this approach. The “4” represents four major operational scenarios: intelligent office, intelligent business, intelligent education, and intelligent healthcare. The “10” refers to ten one-stop, scenario-based solutions such as SME office, intelligent hotel, digital diagnosis platform, and intelligent interactive classroom solutions. The “N” encompasses a range of star products, including the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 series enterprise-grade routers and new IdeaHub products that combine AI conferencing, acoustic baffles, and AI applications, all designed with all-in-one functionality, intelligent interactions, and comprehensive security.
Wang highlighted that the complexity of deploying AI solutions has been streamlined to allow customers and partners to focus on growth. The one-stop solutions not only simplify solution development and delivery but also provide advanced AI technologies that are pre-integrated and pre-validated, enabling flexible deployment. Installers can easily bundle products to meet the specific needs of different scenarios. Huawei further supports its distribution partners with enhanced sales enablement resources, scenario-based configuration plans, solution demonstrations, and simplified delivery services, including unified installation, centralized network management, and consolidated customer support.
These initiatives, Wang concluded, are designed to empower SMEs to embrace intelligence more quickly and effectively, supporting both installers and distribution partners along the way. By bridging the gap between advanced AI technologies and SME capabilities, Huawei aims to power the last mile of the intelligent world.
HUAWEI CONNECT 2025, themed “All Intelligence,” will continue to explore AI across strategy, technology, and ecosystems from September 18 to 20 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center and Shanghai Expo Center. The event will showcase Huawei’s latest digital and intelligent infrastructure products, scenario-specific industry solutions, and development tools.
