Chengdu, 8 April 2026. CAPAS Chengdu 2026 will return for its 12th edition from 21 to 23 May 2026 at the Chengdu Century City New International Exhibition and Convention Center. Covering 53,000 sqm and featuring more than 790 exhibitors, the event will showcase the latest trends in new energy vehicles, connected technologies, commercial transport, and automotive customisation, highlighting the rapid development of Southwest China’s automotive industry.
Mr James Yu of Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd said CAPAS continues to serve as a vital platform for industry exchange, supporting innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. He emphasised the increasing importance of electrification and intelligent mobility in shaping the future of the automotive sector.
The exhibition will feature multiple specialised zones, including commercial vehicles, parts sourcing, remanufacturing, new energy and intelligent connectivity, and accessories and customising. These zones will present a wide range of innovations from electrified components and charging solutions to performance upgrades and green manufacturing technologies.
In addition, CAPAS will host a series of conferences and international programmes designed to foster cooperation across supply chains, promote new energy adoption, and strengthen global industry ties, further reinforcing its position as a leading automotive trade platform in the region.
