Ltd. Announced on 21 April 2026, the collaboration aims to accelerate the development of a robust after-sales support ecosystem, addressing a critical gap in consumer confidence for electric vehicle (EV) adoption in Malaysia. As the Malaysian automotive landscape shifts rapidly toward electrification, the demand for specialized maintenance, high-level diagnostics, and reliable technical support has surged. SVOLT, a heavyweight in high-performance battery technology and a key supplier to brands like Geely and Great Wall Motors, already maintains a strong local footprint, with its technology powering prominent models such as the Proton e.MAS 7.

Through this alliance, Bateriku will significantly broaden its service portfolio to address the specific needs of the EV segment. The partnership focuses on primary pillars designed to enhance the ownership experience, including the implementation of comprehensive EV battery system diagnostics, specialized on-site technical support for EV owners, and the establishment of faster, more structured battery replacement services.
