KUALA LUMPUR, 1 JULY 2026 Organon Malaysia, DKSH Malaysia and BIG CARING Group (BCG) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at improving healthcare accessibility across Malaysia by leveraging each organisation's strengths in healthcare, distribution and retail pharmacy services. Formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the collaboration seeks to make healthcare solutions more widely available while promoting health education, disease awareness and community wellbeing initiatives throughout the country.

Under the partnership, Organon will broaden access to its healthcare portfolio through BIG CARING Group's nationwide network of more than 600 retail pharmacies, which includes BIG Pharmacy, CARING Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Ting Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy. Supported by DKSH Malaysia's healthcare distribution and market expansion expertise, the initiative is expected to enhance the availability of healthcare products and services, enabling more Malaysians to access essential care closer to their communities.

Beyond expanding retail access, the collaboration also places a strong emphasis on preventive healthcare and public awareness. One of its key initiatives is the launch of RELIEF, a regional programme designed to improve allergy awareness while supporting access to respiratory and dermatological allergy care. Through educational campaigns and greater availability of treatment options, the partners aim to encourage early intervention and better health management among communities affected by allergies.

Launch of RELIEF, an initiative focused on raising allergy awareness and improving access to respiratory and dermatological allergy care across the region.

The partnership also extends its impact through community outreach efforts, including support for the Resilient Community Initiative (RCI) WASH Sabah 2026 in collaboration with non-governmental organisation Doctors on Ground (DnG). The programme will focus on improving access to clean water, sanitation, hygiene, healthcare services and health education for underserved and stateless communities in Sabah. An estimated 600 to 1,000 individuals are expected to benefit from medical services, health awareness activities and the distribution of essential supplies.

By combining Organon's healthcare expertise, DKSH's distribution capabilities and BIG CARING Group's extensive pharmacy network, the partnership demonstrates how collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem can improve access to quality healthcare while strengthening community resilience. The initiative also reflects a shared commitment to advancing health equity, enhancing public awareness and delivering meaningful health outcomes for Malaysians through accessible and community-focused healthcare solutions.
