Inspired by the real-life experiences of its employees, the film highlights how connectivity goes beyond technology, focusing instead on the meaningful human connections and everyday moments that bring Malaysians closer together.

Set against the diverse backdrop of Malaysia, ‘Nadi Inspirasi Kami’ celebrates a nation shaped by different cultures, languages and communities while remaining united through shared values and humanity. The film draws inspiration from genuine interactions between CelcomDigi frontliners and customers, showcasing how empathy, understanding and simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

One of the stories featured in the film centres on Parvinder Singh, a CelcomDigi employee who speaks six languages. For him, language is more than simply a communication tool, as it allows him to connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Through everyday conversations, he helps others feel welcomed, understood and more at home regardless of where they come from.

Another story features Ruhanurbalqis Abdul Rahim from Ipoh, who went beyond her usual responsibilities after learning that a customer had been involved in an accident. Understanding that being unable to communicate with loved ones could make an already difficult situation even harder, she took the initiative to assist the customer in setting up and registering a new device while he was receiving treatment at a hospital. Her gesture enabled him to reconnect with family and friends while focusing on his recovery.

The third story follows Nur Amiza binti Mohamad from Kuala Terengganu, who grew up with deaf parents and experienced firsthand the communication barriers they encountered. Having learnt sign language from a young age, she continues to use the skill to promote more inclusive communication. Her story demonstrates how understanding another person’s experiences can help break down barriers and foster a greater sense of belonging within the community.
