KUALA LUMPUR, 13 August 2026 —
Exabytes has launched GROW AI, a new strategic initiative aimed at helping businesses adopt artificial intelligence in a secure, practical and scalable manner. Unveiled at the Exabytes GROW AI Summit 2026 at EQ Kuala Lumpur, the initiative represents the company’s next step beyond its long-running GROW Digital mission, focusing on helping organisations integrate AI into everyday business operations.

Built around the principles of Reliable, Accessible, Scalable and AI-driven (RASA), GROW AI brings together Exabytes’ capabilities in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, eCommerce, workplace productivity, automation and managed AI services. The initiative is designed to support entrepreneurs, SMEs, large enterprises and public-sector organisations as they move from basic digital adoption towards AI-enabled growth.

Exabytes said the launch comes at a time when Malaysian businesses are increasingly exploring AI but continue to face challenges in turning experimentation into meaningful implementation. The company aims to address these barriers by providing businesses with access to technology, infrastructure, expertise and strategic partners that can help translate AI opportunities into measurable improvements in productivity, customer engagement, decision-making and operational performance.

As part of its broader ambition, Exabytes is targeting the empowerment of one million businesses to GROW AI by 2030. The company believes that AI adoption should not be limited to large organisations with extensive technology resources, but should also be accessible to SMEs and entrepreneurs looking to improve efficiency and remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven economy.

The strategic partnership is intended to combine Exabytes’ cloud infrastructure, managed services and regional customer network with Aurora Mobile’s expertise in enterprise AI platforms, AI agents, knowledge management, workflow automation and AI application development.

Through the partnership, both companies plan to develop enterprise AI solutions for businesses across Southeast Asia. These solutions are expected to cover areas such as AI-powered customer service, sales and marketing assistants, knowledge management, intelligent service desks, workflow automation, private AI deployments and hybrid AI infrastructure for larger enterprises and government organisations.

Successful applications can subsequently be developed into repeatable solutions and implementation frameworks, allowing more businesses to adopt proven AI use cases without having to build everything from scratch.

The GROW AI Summit brought together more than 500 business owners, C-suite executives, technology leaders, solution providers and public-sector stakeholders. Industry participants including Amazon Web Services, Lark, Aurora Mobile, Moka AI, Sangfor, EasyParcel, Aegis Cloud, AITraining2U and Forward College shared insights into cloud infrastructure, enterprise AI, cybersecurity, commerce, workplace collaboration and talent development.

The summit highlighted the importance of moving beyond isolated AI experiments towards practical implementation that can deliver measurable business value. With GROW AI and its expanding partner ecosystem, Exabytes is positioning itself as a technology partner for organisations seeking to integrate AI into their operations while maintaining the security, infrastructure and governance needed for sustainable growth.
