MN Holdings Berhad (“MN Holdings” or the “Company”), a leading infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist in Malaysia, has successfully transferred its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), marking an important milestone in the Company’s continued growth and development.

The transfer reflects the progress MN Holdings has made since its listing on the ACE Market, supported by strengthened financial performance, an expanded operational scale and enhanced capabilities in delivering critical power and utilities infrastructure projects.

The move to the Main Market is expected to further enhance MN Holdings’ corporate profile and visibility while strengthening investor confidence. It also provides the Company with a stronger platform to engage with a broader base of institutional and retail investors as it continues to participate in Malaysia’s infrastructure, power, energy and utilities development.

Dato’ Clement Toh, Managing Director of MN Holdings, said the successful transfer to the Main Market represents an important milestone for the Group and reflects the progress achieved over the years.

Since its listing on the ACE Market, MN Holdings has continued to strengthen its financial performance, expand its project portfolio and build its capabilities in delivering critical power and utilities infrastructure projects.

According to Dato’ Clement Toh, the Main Market platform will further enhance the Company’s visibility and credibility among clients, business partners, shareholders and investors.

The move is also expected to position MN Holdings to capture opportunities arising from Malaysia’s continued investment in key sectors, including power infrastructure, data centres, renewable energy, water, gas and utilities-related developments.

Moving forward, MN Holdings remains focused on strengthening its capabilities and expanding its footprint across Malaysia’s evolving infrastructure, power, energy and utilities landscape.

The Group will continue to pursue opportunities that align with its technical expertise and long-term growth strategy. At the same time, MN Holdings remains committed to delivering sustainable growth and long-term value for shareholders, while maintaining its focus on quality, reliability and value across every project it undertakes.

The successful transfer to the Main Market marks a new chapter for MN Holdings as the Company seeks to build on its existing capabilities and participate in the growing demand for infrastructure and utilities solutions across Malaysia.
