Singapore, 12 August 2026 — Japanese music duo YOASOBI is set to make a major return to Singapore with a highly anticipated concert at the Singapore National Stadium on 20 February 2027, starting at 7pm. The Singapore show will be the duo’s only Southeast Asian stop on their 10-CITY DOME & STADIUM TOUR 2026–2027 超惑星 “SUPER PLANET”, marking their biggest international tour to date and their first tour featuring dome- and stadium-scale performances.

The concert will also mark a historic milestone as YOASOBI becomes the first Japanese artist to perform at Singapore’s largest entertainment venue, which has a capacity of up to 55,000 spectators. Organised by entertainment promoter SOZO, the event is expected to attract fans from Singapore as well as across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.

YOASOBI’s upcoming tour will take place from late 2026 through early 2027, covering five cities in Japan and five destinations across Asia. Besides Singapore, the Asian leg will include Taipei, Seoul and Hong Kong, further demonstrating the duo’s growing international presence and influence.

The duo’s rapid rise beyond Japan also reflects the growing global appeal of Japanese music. The widespread adoption of streaming platforms and social media has made Japanese music more accessible to international audiences, allowing artists to reach listeners beyond traditional J-pop and anime communities.

YOASOBI has developed a diverse international following through hit songs such as “Idol” and “Yoru ni Kakeru”, which have achieved significant streaming success worldwide. Their music has resonated with anime fans, mainstream listeners, TikTok and short-form video communities, as well as audiences attending international live music events.

The duo has also established itself on the global stage through appearances at major international festivals, including Coachella. Their previous Singapore concerts in 2024 at Resorts World Sentosa and two sold-out shows at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2025 further demonstrated the strong demand for their performances in the region.

With YOASOBI returning to Singapore on an even larger scale, the concert is expected to further strengthen the city-state’s position as a regional hub for world-class live entertainment. The event is also likely to attract overseas visitors who combine the concert experience with tourism and other activities across Singapore.

Pre-sale tickets for the Singapore concert will be available exclusively through Trip.com from 18 August 2026 at 10am SGT, while general ticket sales will begin on 19 August 2026 at 12pm SGT.
